The Social Capital Foundation invites papers and proposals for the TSCF 2008 International Social Capital Conference. The call will open on 2 January 2008. Papers submitted and accepted before 31 January 2008 will be inserted into the programme of the conference. Proposals are reviewed within two weeks of submission.
